Genuine Kia Key Blanks
We recommend that you use genuine Kia key blanks and remotes or one of our tried and tested high quality aftermarket products. The temptation is to go for a cheaper alternative because some genuine keys are quite expensive. However a cheaper key may not pay off. Some are made from poor quality materials or are outside acceptable size tolerances to do the job correctly without damaging your vehicle. And some operate incorrectly when used.
Programming Keys & Remotes
Modern cars are complex using sensitive technology to secure your vehicle. And poor quality technology is available on-line (remotes and chips) which may cause damage if an attempt is made to program these into a vehicle. We may be able to program your key or remote once we can confirm the part is correct and or genuine for your Kia vehicle and model. We would be happy to have a look at your purchased key or remote to assess whether it can be safely programmed. Some makes and models can only be programmed by the dealer.
